The hostel is situated in the historic centre, just off Via Torino, placing you within easy walking distance of the Duomo, the Navigli district (1 km away), and numerous restaurants and cafés. Duomo and Missori metro stations are within a few minutes' walk, providing direct connections to Milan Centrale Train Station in under 10 minutes. Malpensa airport is reachable via the Malpensa Express to Cadorna Station (10-minute walk). Linate Airport is 10 km away; Bergamo airport requires a bus to Centrale then the metro. Tram stops are virtually outside the door, making car-free exploration simple. The area is very safe for solo travellers at night.

Rooms and dormitories are air-conditioned and heated, with lockers (under bottom bunk in dorms), free toiletries, and private bathrooms that include a hairdryer. Dorm capacities range from 6 to 10 beds, with female-only dorms available (popular and often booked quickly). Bunk beds do not have privacy curtains, though some newer accommodations may include them; the bunks are sturdy but some have been noted as creaky. The private twin/double room is compact but functional, with a basic bathroom. Rooms above the ground-floor bar can be noisy at night due to music and voices; higher floors offer relative quiet. Some dorms feature a private terrace with lounge furniture. The space is modern but some rooms are small, and road-facing windows have basic sound isolation - light sleepers may want earplugs.

Breakfast is a varied continental buffet with pastries, cheese, eggs, sausage, fruit, and unlimited coffee, available for 9 EUR. Gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options are offered. The ground-floor bar is a social hub, open late with a large drinks menu, and every guest receives one welcome drink token at check-in. The shared kitchen on the top floor is fully equipped and stocked with complimentary pasta, sauces, spices, and fresh herbs, allowing guests to prepare meals.
