EXTENDED STAY AMERICA SELECT SUITES - PHOENIX - AIRPORT - E OAK ST, Phoenix

The hotel sits on E Oak Street, less than 3 km from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, making it a practical choice for air travelers and those needing quick highway access via I-10. Multiple dining options are within a 5- to 10-minute walk: IHOP (0.5 km), Chipotle and Raising Cane's (1 km), and Schlotzsky's. Costco and Target are a short drive away. The area is also close to the Phoenix Zoo, Desert Botanical Garden, and Phoenix Municipal Stadium. Public transport stops are on nearby streets, but a car is most convenient for exploring the wider Phoenix area. The neighborhood is generally quiet at night, though the parking lot can be busy.

All units are studio-style with a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher) and a dining/work area. Bed configurations include two double beds or a single bed with a sleeper sofa in some rooms. Every room has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, air conditioning, heating, flat-screen TV with cable, free Wi-Fi, and carpeted floors. Room size is spacious enough for families, and the kitchen makes self-catering easy. Some rooms show wear: stained carpets, torn sofa upholstery, and older fixtures are reported. Rooms on the ground floor avoid stair access but may hear noise from the parking lot; upper floors can be quieter but require stairs (no elevator).

Extended Stay America Select Suites does not have a restaurant or bar. A self-service breakfast is offered each morning in the lobby, typically consisting of coffee, pre-packaged muffins, instant oatmeal packets, and granola bars. Breakfast is included in the rate but is basic and not a full meal. The room kitchen is equipped for preparing your own food, but no pots, pans, or utensils are provided - these must be purchased at the front desk. Several chain restaurants are within walking distance (IHOP, Chipotle, Raising Cane's), and Costco is a short drive for groceries and supplies. Vending machines with drinks and snacks are available on-site.

The property features an outdoor swimming pool (seasonal) that is generally clean and well-maintained. The pool area has lounge chairs and a small sun terrace. Adjacent to the pool is a picnic area with BBQ facilities, providing a casual outdoor space for guests. There is no fitness center, spa, or other organized leisure facilities. The pool is open during warmer months and offers a modest leisure option for families or longer stays.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building and is reliable for browsing and streaming. Parking is free, on-site, and does not require a reservation. Self-service laundry machines are available for guest use (fees apply). The front desk is staffed during the day and until 22:00; after hours, guests call an emergency number posted outside the lobby for entry. Housekeeping is provided upon request (daily service is not automatic) and may incur extra charges for towel replacements. The property has no business center or meeting room. Pets are allowed by prior request and with applicable fees. Accessibility features include ground-floor rooms and accessible bathroom options.
