The property has connecting doors between some units, but sound insulation between rooms is minimal, meaning noise from neighbouring units can be audible. Rooms may have an older, worn feel, with carpeted floors, stained bathtubs, and outdated decor in non-remodelled sections. Air conditioning and heating are available, and some suites offer views of the golf course, mountains, and city lights.
