EXTENDED STAY AMERICA SELECT SUITES - COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado Springs

The hotel is situated 6 km from Garden of the Gods, 5 km from the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center, and 8 km from Palmer Park. Colorado Springs Airport is 20 km away, and the property sits right next to the highway for straightforward car travel. Nearby dining includes Fuzzy's Taco Shop (0.5 km) and a gas station with convenience items. The immediate area has a mix of commercial and residential buildings; the parking lot is well-lit, which adds a sense of security after dark. For those without a car, however, getting around requires planning as walkable amenities are limited to a few nearby eateries.

Rooms are designed for longer stays, featuring a full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, sink, and kitchenware (pots and pans not included). The double room offers one queen bed, while the family room provides two queen beds. Both include a wardrobe, heating, a tea and coffee maker, and free toiletries. Some units have had noise transfer from hallways and neighboring rooms, and interior-facing rooms are generally quieter than those near the highway. Higher-floor rooms may offer cooler temperatures and better views. Cleanliness and bedding condition have been noted as inconsistent, so guests sensitive to these details may want to bring their own linens.

The property does not serve breakfast or have a restaurant or bar. For meals, the kitchenette in each room provides the ability to prepare simple meals, though cookware must be purchased separately at the front desk. A few dining options are within walking distance, including Fuzzy's Taco Shop (0.5 km) and Kangaroo Coffee (1 km). Many longer-stay guests use the full-size refrigerator and stovetop to stock groceries from nearby stores. The vending machines offer drinks and snacks for light refreshments.

The property provides free private parking (reservation required) with accessible spaces available. Wi-Fi is free throughout the building. Security features include 24-hour security, key card access, and smoke alarms. Express check-in and check-out are offered, and an invoice is provided for business or insurance purposes. Laundry services are available for an additional charge. The front desk can assist with local recommendations and basic needs. The elevator has been unreliable, so guests on upper floors may need to use stairs. There is no luggage storage or shuttle service. The property is accessible to wheelchairs on the first floor.
