EXTENDED STAY AMERICA PREMIER SUITES - RENO - SPARKS, Sparks

The hotel is situated across the street from the Sparks Marina, offering a lake with walking and biking trails, and is close to several restaurants, fast food outlets, a shopping mall, and casinos. It is 5 km from Reno-Tahoe International Airport and provides convenient access to Interstate 80, making it a practical stop for road trips or exploring the Reno-Sparks area. The Sparks Heritage Museum is 2 km away, the Reno-Sparks Livestock Events Center is 7 km, and the National Automobile Museum is 8 km. The location is walkable to dining options like Pancho & Willie's, The Steak House at Western Village, Cafe Bellini, and others within 1 km, and is also near major shopping areas and the Legends Casino.

Rooms are available in configurations including double rooms with one bed and quadruple rooms with two beds. Each room features a private bathroom with a bath or shower, free toiletries, air conditioning, heating, and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchens include a stovetop and full-size refrigerator, along with kitchen gadgets, cutlery, plates, and cups available upon request. Many rooms are noted for their spaciousness, and queen rooms offer large walk-in showers while king rooms have deep bathtubs. The rooms have no carpet, which contributes to cleanliness, though hard floors can amplify noise within the room. Blackout shades help keep rooms dark. The property is well-insulated for quietness, but rooms facing the road may experience traffic noise, so an interior room is recommended for light sleepers.

The breakfast is a simple, self-service offering with limited options such as instant oatmeal, miniature muffins, granola bars, and mini yogurt, along with coffee and tea. It is designed for convenience rather than a full meal. Given the kitchenette in each room, many travellers prefer to prepare their own breakfast. The hotel has vending machines for drinks and snacks, and numerous restaurants and fast food outlets are within a short walk, providing alternatives for more substantial meals.

The hotel provides a fitness centre with equipment for guests. The Sparks Marina, directly across the street, features a large lake with a walking and biking path, making it a popular spot for evening strolls or morning exercise. The surrounding area also offers nearby parks, shopping, and casinos for additional leisure options.
