Breakfast is available from 6:00 to 9:00 a.m. and includes a rotating hot item (scrambled eggs and sausage), make-your-own waffles, cereal, toast, and beverages. Coffee and juice are provided. Due to limited seating, some guests may need to eat in the lobby area. No other on-site dining is available, but the hotel is surrounded by a variety of restaurants within a 5-minute walk, including sushi, sandwiches, and Asian cuisine. The location's proximity to these eateries offers convenient alternatives for lunch and dinner.

There is no pool, hot tub, or spa on site. For skiing, Diamond Peak Resort is a 48 km drive. The hotel's location near the airport makes it a practical base for active travelers heading to Lake Tahoe or the Sierra Nevada, though a car is necessary.

Parking must be reserved in advance but is free. The shuttle runs from 4am to 10pm; advance calling is essential to avoid long waits. The 24-hour front desk can assist with luggage storage and early check-in requests. Coin-operated laundry is available. The property uses key card access and has smoke alarms and fire extinguishers. Meeting rooms and a business centre with print facilities are on site. While most staff interactions are positive, some inconsistencies in service have been noted; it is advisable to confirm all arrangements directly with the front desk. Pets and smoking are not permitted.
