The hotel sits within a commercial corridor with easy interstate access and a high concentration of restaurants, including Quaker Steak & Lube, Max & Erma's, and Chuy's, most within a 0.5 km walk. A grocery store is nearby, useful for extended stays. The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium is a short drive away, and the area also serves business travelers near the JP Morgan Chase campus. Free on-site parking eliminates the need for street parking. The immediate surroundings are walkable for dining and errands, though a car is recommended for visiting downtown Columbus or the airport.

Room types include a studio suite with one queen bed, a deluxe suite with one king bed and a sofa sleeper, and a superior suite with one full bed. All suites come with a fully equipped kitchen - full-size refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and dining/cooking utensils - making them suited for longer stays. Upgraded units feature crisp, cozy bedding and a large 50-inch flat-screen TV with free cable and premium channels. Private bathrooms are standard, and all rooms are non-smoking. Some suites are mobility accessible with a tub. The internal room condition has varied: while many find the rooms spacious and clean, others have noted dated cabinetry, worn furniture, and cleaning issues such as stained linens or dirty floors. The property has wood-style flooring in some rooms, which some find more sanitary than carpet. Noise levels can be affected by hallway activity and external parking lot disturbances.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property and has been described as reliable by some, though connectivity can vary. Parking is free and private on-site; no reservation is needed. The 24-hour front desk provides towel and linen exchange and can assist with requests. Housekeeping for stays of 1-7 nights does not include daily servicing - fresh towels and linens are available at the front desk. Full cleaning ($10) or refresh service ($5) can be purchased. For longer stays, weekly cleaning is provided at no charge. Laundry facilities are available on-site at an extra cost. Pets are allowed on request, with charges applicable; service animals are exempt. The property is equipped with a lift, air conditioning, heating, and facilities for disabled guests. The front desk staff has been noted by some as friendly and helpful, though service consistency has been raised as a concern. Security has been noted as an area of concern by some; a deposit is held at check-in.
