The hotel provides a complimentary grab-and-go breakfast each morning from 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM. The selection typically includes coffee, tea, hot chocolate, muffins, oatmeal, granola bars, and hot cereal. This is not a hot full breakfast, so guests wanting a more substantial morning meal may wish to supplement from the nearby Kroger or Aldi grocery stores, or visit one of the nearby restaurants such as Godo's Bakery & Restaurant (0.5 km). All rooms include a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, and microwave. Kitchen utensils are available on request from the front desk, but bring your own pots and pans to be fully prepared. The hotel has vending machines for drinks and snacks, but no on-site restaurant or bar.

The hotel features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a free fitness centre. The pool is open during warmer months and has been subject to occasional inspection closures, so confirm availability before your stay if pool use is important. The fitness centre is basic but functional. There is no spa or wellness centre on site.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property but may have variable reliability during peak times. A guest laundry room with washer and dryer is available for an additional charge. The 24-hour front desk can provide kitchen items, fresh towels, and linen exchange. Housekeeping is complimentary on a weekly basis; daily servicing is offered for a fee and can be arranged at the front desk. A $100 security deposit is required at check-in. The hotel has a picnic area and BBQ facilities. Accessible parking is available on site. Key card access is used at the main entrances and exterior doors, though some doors have been noted as propped open or not functioning properly, so keep valuables secure. The property is non-smoking throughout, but smoking odour has been reported in some hallways. Pets are allowed on request for $29.25 per pet per day.
