FAIRFIELD BY MARRIOTT INN & SUITES DENVER AIRPORT AT GATEWAY PARK, Denver

The hotel sits at the junction of the airport expressway and I-70, making it a practical base for transit travellers and road trippers. Denver International Airport is 12 km away via Pena Boulevard. Several chain and local restaurants - including Ted's Montana Grill, Anthony's Pizza, and Thai Chili & Sushi - are all within 0.5 km on foot. A Costco and other retail are nearby, and downtown Denver (Union Station) is 19 km west. The Red Rocks Amphitheatre is 46 km away. No airport shuttle operates; taxis, ride-shares, or car rental are needed for airport transfers.

Room types range from double rooms (one king or two queen beds) to suites with a separate seating area. Quadruple rooms are available for families. All rooms include a work desk, wardrobe, carpeted floors, and free toiletries. Wheelchair-accessible rooms offer roll-in showers or adapted baths. While most rooms are described as spacious and clean, some units have been noted for older HVAC systems that can be noisy; requesting a higher floor may improve sleep quality. Bedding and towels are replaced on a three-day cycle, with daily refresh available upon request. Free coffee and tea are available in the lobby 24 hours.

The indoor pool is open all year and includes a shallow end suitable for children, along with sun loungers and pool towels. There is no hot tub. The fitness centre features multiple treadmills, a cable resistance machine, and dumbbells up to 29 kg - modern equipment that surpasses typical hotel gyms. Outside, a terrace with outdoor furniture and a fire pit provides a quiet space for relaxation. These facilities are free of charge to all guests.

The hotel offers a range of practical services: a 24-hour front desk, express check-in/check-out, luggage storage, and a business centre with fax/photocopying. Free WiFi is available throughout. On-site private parking costs $12-$15 per night and includes accessible spaces. Safety features include CCTV in common areas, key card access, smoke alarms, and safety deposit boxes. A minimarket is open on site. Pets are permitted for a $75 fee (max 2). The hotel does not have storage for large items such as bike boxes. Housekeeping is provided every three days; daily service can be arranged at the front desk. Accepted payment methods include all major cards.
