Located just off the highway, the property is a 5-10 minute drive from MCO and a short ride to Florida Mall (11 km) and Universal Studios Florida (19 km). On foot, you can reach over a dozen dining options - including Marlow's Tavern, TGI Friday's, Outback, and Sonny's BBQ - within 5 minutes. An Epic movie theatre and a Walgreens are also within 2 km. The free airport shuttle covers the airport and a 2 km radius, making local errands or dining trips car-free. For Port Canaveral or theme parks, Uber/Lyft are recommended as the hotel does not offer those shuttles.

Standard rooms are compact and recently renovated in some sections, while suites offer a separate living area with a sofa bed, full kitchen (fridge, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher), and more space. Executive Queen rooms come with two queen beds and a pullout couch. Beds are consistently comfortable, and the rooms are kept clean. Some notes for planning: hallway noise can carry under the door gap, so upper floors away from the elevator are quieter; the shower temperature control is finicky - allow a few minutes to adjust; and the air freshener scent in hallways may be strong. Not all rooms have the same renovation status - requesting a recently updated room may improve the experience. No in-room safes are provided.
