The motel is located about 100 meters south of the Cocoa Beach city line, in a quieter area without large resorts or condos nearby. It is within walking distance of the beach-roughly 30 paces. Port Canaveral is an 18-minute drive away, Cocoa Beach Pier is 9 km north, and Ron Jon Surf Shop is 8 km away. For those without a car, ride-sharing services and local shuttles are available, but the motel does not provide a shuttle. The area offers a few dining options within a short walk, but most restaurants are a 2-5 km drive. The beachside location provides excellent views of rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center.

The property offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower. Kitchens come with a stove, full-size refrigerator, microwave, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Some one-bedroom suites feature a separate seating area with a futon sofa bed. Two-bedroom suites include a living room, two bedrooms, a dining area, and a full kitchen. Bed configurations vary: one-bedroom suites may have a queen bed, while two-bedroom suites offer a queen in one room and two doubles in the other. All rooms are air-conditioned. Ground-floor rooms have an outside seating area with a view, but no rooms have balconies. The property is somewhat dated. Noise from neighboring rooms can be an issue as soundproofing is minimal. Some rooms have portable air conditioning units in secondary bedrooms that can be noisy.

The motel does not serve breakfast or operate a restaurant. A recommended breakfast spot is located approximately 5 minutes north by car. For other meals, guests use the fully equipped kitchens (stove, full-size fridge, microwave, cookware, dishes) provided in each suite. Outdoor barbecue facilities with gas grills are available in a gazebo area for guest use. A variety of restaurants, cafes, and delivery options are within a 2-5 km drive, and the staff can provide recommendations.

There is no swimming pool, hot tub, or spa on site. Instead, the Atlantic Ocean beach is located about 30 paces from the rooms. The property provides complimentary beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and sand toys on a first-come, first-served basis. A gazebo with barbecue grills and a picnic area is available. Guests can enjoy outdoor games like corn hole and horseshoes, and a hammock is set up for relaxation. The beach is also pet-friendly during designated hours (6:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a 1.8 m leash requirement). Surfboard rentals are available nearby. Fishing and golf (within 3 km) are accessible for an additional charge.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property at no charge. Parking is free and on-site, but a reservation is required and a parking pass is issued upon arrival. Pets are allowed for an additional $20 per pet, per night. The motel has a guest laundry room (washer and dryer) and a vending machine. A concierge service and express check-in/out are offered.
