The Orlando Premium Outlets on International Drive are a 0.5 km walk, and the Mall at Millenia is 3 km. A 15-minute walk also reaches the I-Ride Trolley stop (Green and Red lines, $2 per ride or day passes from $6). The hotel is about 30-40 minutes by taxi/Uber from MCO airport (no hotel airport shuttle). For drivers, the property is right off the expressway, making Disney World and SeaWorld accessible within 10-15 minutes by car. The immediate area lacks a supermarket (closest is a Walgreens at 15 minutes walk), but several chain restaurants (Miller's Ale House, Bubba Gump) are within a 10-minute walk.

Room types range from Premium rooms with two double beds to one-bedroom suites (67 m², sleeps up to 6) and two-bedroom suites (sleeps 8-10). All rooms include air conditioning, a Keurig coffee maker, mini-fridge, flat-screen TV with cable, in-room safe, iron, hair-dryer and free Wi-Fi. Suites add a separate living room with sleeper sofa and a kitchenette (microwave, full-sized refrigerator). The property is older and the decor dates from the 90s; carpets in hallways and rooms are worn and can retain a musty smell.
