Hotel Details

Location

Across from Notre Dame campus, a 14-minute walk to the stadium and 2 km from the university.
The hotel sits directly across the street from the University of Notre Dame, making it an ideal base for campus visits, football games, and university events. Notre Dame Stadium is a 14-minute walk away. The Linebacker Lounge and Domino's Pizza are each 0.5 km from the property, and Eddy Street Commons with its restaurants and nightlife is a short stroll. South Bend Regional Airport is 8 km away. The main entrance is accessed from the parking lot, not from the main road, so arriving by car is straightforward. Free on-site parking is available.

Dining

A complimentary breakfast buffet with hot dishes, often including eggs cooked to order.
The breakfast buffet is a standout feature, offering a continental and American spread each morning. Offerings include eggs cooked two ways (such as fried or omelette-style), bacon, sausages, hash browns, homemade breakfast burritos, fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, and a variety of beverages. Special diet menus can be requested. A snack bar is also available on-site, and fresh cookies are offered in the lobby. For additional dining variety, the Linebacker Lounge (0.5 km) and Eddy Street area are within walking distance.

Wellness and Leisure

Free fitness centre, bicycle hire, and an outdoor seating area.
The hotel provides a fitness centre with free access for guests. Cycling enthusiasts can take advantage of bicycle rental and on-site bike parking. Outdoor furniture is available on the wraparound porch, ideal for relaxing with coffee or a beverage. There is no pool or spa. For entertainment, the property broadcasts live sport events and offers board games.

Facilities and Services

Free Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour front desk, and accessible facilities.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Free public parking is provided on-site with accessible parking spots, and no reservation is needed. The 24-hour front desk can assist with luggage storage, check-in, and general requests. Daily housekeeping is included, with laundry services available for an additional charge. A business centre with fax/photocopying and meeting/banquet facilities (for a fee) is on-site. Accessibility features include wheelchair access, grab rails, raised toilets, and lower bathroom sinks. Top Strategic Tips

  • 01

Book a room away from the road and the building's industrial air conditioning unit if you are a light sleeper.

  • 02

Plan to walk to Notre Dame Stadium and campus; the hotel's location is ideal for game days and campus visits.

  • 03

Arrive by car to easily find the main entrance via the parking lot, as pedestrian access lacks clear signage.

  • 04

Confirm your room's bathroom condition at check-in, as slow drains and maintenance issues have been noted by past visitors.
