HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS HOTEL & SUITES ATLANTA AIRPORT WEST - CAMP CREEK BY IHG, Atlanta

Downtown Atlanta is about 15-20 minutes away without traffic, putting the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Zoo Atlanta and Olympic Park within easy reach; Truist Park is 30-40 minutes depending on traffic, and Six Flags is around 25 minutes. The property backs onto a small wooded lake, and the lobby-level patio overlooks the water. Restaurants, shops and a movie theatre are within walking distance, while the airport shuttle and direct I-85 access simplify transfers.

Breakfast includes an American buffet with a range of hot and cold dishes, plus Costa coffee; the spread is free for all rates. The hotel has no full-service restaurant, so lunch and dinner are usually handled with the in-room microwave and fridge, the on-site vending machines or the minimarket. Nearby restaurants include Papa Chow (300 m), Zaxby's, TGI Fridays, Jason's Deli and Bruster's Real Ice Cream (500 m). Complimentary coffee is also available in the lobby around the clock.

The indoor pool is heated and open year-round, with sun loungers, pool/beach towels and a 05:00-23:00 schedule. There is no spa or hot tub, but the hotel offers an outdoor fireplace, sun terrace and lakeside patio for quiet relaxation. The free fitness centre provides exercise equipment, and a golf course is within 3 km. An entertainment team helps organise on-site activities, and the wooded lake adds a calm backdrop for morning walks.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the building, and the 24-hour front desk offers express check-in and check-out. The airport shuttle must be requested in advance and picks up at the domestic terminal; the route is shared with another hotel, so wait times can extend. Free daily housekeeping, laundry and dry cleaning are available, and luggage storage can be arranged. Business travellers can use a business centre, meeting and banquet facilities, fax and photocopying. The hotel also has a minimarket, vending machines, shared lounge, barber/beauty shop, lift, facilities for disabled guests, key-card access and security patrols. Pets are not accepted (service animals only), smoking is limited to a designated area, and accepted cards include American Express, Visa, Diners Club, JCB, Discover, Carte Blanche and MasterCard.
