A car or bike is essential, as public transport is limited; bike rentals are available at the property's front gate. The peaceful setting includes scenic mountain views, and the nearest grocery store is an 8-minute drive.

Cottages offer either 2 or 3 separate bedrooms (some with bunk beds) plus a living area, all on one floor. The private bathroom includes a bath and shower. Kitchens are fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, dishes, and a barbecue on the deck. Each unit has air conditioning, heating, soundproof walls, parquet floors, a TV, and a tea and coffee maker. Some bedrooms are compact - one room may only fit a bed with limited side clearance - and mattress firmness varies. The living area tends to be spacious, and the covered deck is a generous addition. Units have a private entrance.
