The inn is 5 km from Skylon Tower, Niagara Fallsview Casino, Journey Behind the Falls, and Horseshoe Falls. Downtown Niagara Falls and the Niagara Outlet Collection are about 10-12 minutes away by car. A WeGO bus stop directly in front provides convenient access to the falls area without needing to drive. Several restaurants are within a short walk, including Sante's and Scoops Restaurant 0.5 km away, and Tim Hortons 0.5 km away. The setting is quiet and removed from the main tourist crowds.

Accommodation includes family rooms with three queen beds (max occupancy 6), a honeymoon suite with a heart-shaped jacuzzi, and a junior suite with a king bed and whirlpool. Each room has a private bathroom with a bath/shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The pool temperature has been reported as cold, and the adjacent hot tub is frequently out of service. In-room jacuzzis are available in select room types. The hotel also has a picnic area with outdoor furniture and a sun terrace. A billiards table is available for leisure. The pool area is not heated and may be less suitable for children during cooler months.
