Although located in the heart of the action, the motel remains quiet at night, making it suitable for families and light sleepers. Public transport options are nearby, and the Niagara Health System hospital is 1 km away.

The rooms are functional rather than modern, with some having dated decor and worn fittings. Each room comes with air conditioning, a cable TV (some with limited channels), a desk, and carpeted floors. Every room includes a microwave and refrigerator, and some rooms feature a balcony or terrace. Bedding varies: standard rooms have one double or queen bed, while family suites offer two separate rooms - one with two queen beds and the other with a queen bed - plus a separate door and space for larger groups.
