FASTIME, Rome

Vittorio Emanuele Metro Station is a 4-minute walk, and the Colosseum is 2 km away - a 20-minute walk or quick metro ride. Santa Maria Maggiore is 700 metres away, and the Sapienza University campus is 12 minutes on foot. Direct buses to both Ciampino and Fiumicino airports stop nearby, while Termini station itself is a transport hub with shops and food courts. The immediate surroundings are busy and mixed, with a supermarket directly across the street and several dining options within a 5-minute walk.

Each double room offers a private bathroom with a shower, bidet, and hairdryer. Standard amenities include a wardrobe, tiled floors, heating, and a TV. Rooms with a balcony provide additional outdoor space. A suite with a hot tub is available, and some rooms have an open-plan shower area within the bedroom. Noise insulation between units is minimal, and street-facing rooms can pick up traffic and station sounds. The property is on the third floor; a lift is present but requires navigating a short initial staircase.

The property does not serve breakfast. A shared common space has a coffee machine with capsules and a microwave for guests. For meals, the immediate area around Termini station offers a variety of restaurants including Indian, Chinese, and Italian cuisine within 300 metres. A supermarket directly across the street provides supplies for self-catering.

Some rooms are fitted with a spa bath or a hot tub, providing a private relaxation option. The hot water supply and water pressure for the spa/jacuzzi have proven inconsistent, so guests planning to rely on this feature should be aware of potential issues. The standard rooms include a TV and a shared common area.

Access to the building and room is via codes, with no fixed reception desk. Staff are reachable by WhatsApp and speak English, Spanish, and Italian. A paid shuttle service to airports can be booked. Luggage can be left in the common area after check-out until 3 pm. WiFi is free in rooms. Housekeeping is not automatically daily but can be requested. The building has a lift and CCTV in common areas.
