The property is located on a quiet pedestrian street within Seville's historic centre, placing the Cathedral, Alcázar, Setas de Sevilla, and Plaza de España all within a 5-20 minute walk. Triana Bridge is 2 km away, Plaza de Armas bus station 2 km, and Seville Airport 12 km. The area is packed with shops, cafés and restaurants within 0.5 km. An airport bus stop is a 10-minute walk. While the location is excellent for walking, driving is challenging: the surrounding streets are pedestrian-only with no direct vehicle access for unloading, making a pre-booked nearby garage essential.

Room options include one to three-bedroom layouts, with some units featuring a private terrace and private pool (penthouse), while others look onto an interior lightwell or the shared pool. Many apartments have limited or no external windows - windows often face interior corridors, which can lead to noise from other guests entering codes or talking in the lobby, especially on ground-floor units. Rooms that face the pedestrian walkway may also pick up street noise. Some units have reported issues with bathroom odours and humidity leading to mould in shower stalls. Beds are large and comfortable with quality linens, and apartments are described as spotlessly clean upon arrival. Air conditioning works well in summer, and heating is effective in cooler months.
