Malaga Airport is 30 minutes by bus (line A, €3) or 20 minutes by train (C1 to Malaga-Centro Alameda, then 4 minutes on foot). The AVE train station María Zambrano is 1 km away, reachable in 18 minutes on foot or by bus line 4 (6 minutes, 3 stops). The nearest beach, Malagueta, is a 20-25 minute walk or 15 minutes by bus. The central market (Mercado de Atarazanas), main shopping streets, and numerous bars and restaurants are within a 1-3 minute walk. The area is pedestrian-friendly, and the hotel is located on a quiet street, helping reduce street noise at night.

Rooms are compact, with limited floor space, so they are best suited for short stays or travellers who plan to spend most of their time out. The bed is comfortable and the bedding is changed every three days. Some rooms have windows to an interior light well, which can feel dark and have limited natural light. Rooms with an exterior view or balcony are available but must be requested at booking. All rooms include a mirror and hairdryer; no kettle or coffee-making facilities are provided in the room. The bathroom has a shower; some bathrooms are described as very small. Daily housekeeping is included.

Breakfast is a self-service continental buffet offering toast, jam, butter, juice, yoghurt, fruit, and good coffee from an espresso machine. It is included in the room rate and provides a convenient start for exploring the city. There is no on-site restaurant, but the hotel is surrounded by dozens of cafés, tapas bars and restaurants within a one-minute walk, including well-reviewed local spots such as Casa Aranda, Churreria La Malaguena and Recyclo Bike Cafe. For a wider choice, the Mercado de Atarazanas is a 2-minute walk away.

The hotel does not have its own leisure facilities, but the rooftop terrace provides a pleasant space for relaxing with a drink. The central location offers easy access to the beach (20-25 minutes on foot), the Alcazaba fortress, the Roman Theatre, and the port area. The hotel can arrange activities such as wakeboarding, paddle surfing, kayaking, SUP and banana boating through local providers. Body and facial treatments, massages and beauty sessions can also be booked. A short walk from the hotel are traditional Arab baths.
