MBK Center and National Stadium BTS station are about 15 minutes on foot, while Banthat Thong Street Food is a 10-minute walk away. The Bo Bae street market is also reachable within a 10-minute walk. Bus stops and a ferry pier are nearby, and the BTS station can be reached in roughly 20 minutes on foot or a short taxi ride. Taxis from Suvarnabhumi Airport cost approximately 450-600 THB. A 7-Eleven convenience store is at the corner of the street.

The accommodation offers double, twin, and triple rooms, all of which include a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and slippers. Many rooms have a balcony; triple rooms are available both with a balcony and as a windowless option (no window). Selected room types have a private balcony and a sitting area. All rooms are air-conditioned and come with a writing desk, free high-speed Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, electric kettle, flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a safe. The building has a lift that reaches the 5th floor; the 6th floor is accessible only by stairs. Daily housekeeping is provided, and the rooms are noted for being clean, spacious, and quiet, with comfortable beds. A washing machine is available on the second floor for guest use.

The Fifth Residence operates on a room-only basis, with no breakfast or restaurant available within the property. The corner 7-Eleven offers basic snacks and drinks. Guests planning meals should budget for eating out or self-catering using the in-room refrigerator and electric kettle.

There are no wellness or leisure facilities on-site. The hotel focuses on providing a clean, comfortable base for exploring Bangkok, with a quiet environment and easy access to the city's shopping, dining, and cultural attractions.
