FRESH HOUSE VATICANO, Rome

The apartment sits in the real heart of Rome, just minutes from the Vatican. Ottaviano Metro (Line A) is a 2-minute walk, providing direct connections to the Spanish Steps and Termini station. St. Peter's Square is a 12-minute walk away, and Castel Sant'Angelo is within 2 km. The area is packed with restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies within a 5-minute walk. The bus stop is right outside the building. For transit, the metro is the most practical way to reach Rome Ciampino Airport (18 km). The location also works well on foot for most central attractions, including a pleasant walk to the Olympic Stadium.

The unit includes a separate bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, a living room with a sofa bed, and a well-fitted kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and utensils. The bathroom has a shower and free toiletries. The apartment is renovated and clean, with parquet floors, air conditioning, and excellent soundproofing to keep the interior quiet despite the street. The balcony offers views over the Vatican area. Two flat-screen TVs are provided. The washing machine and tea/coffee maker add convenience for longer stays. The apartment is on the first floor (two flights of stairs, no elevator). Families are welcome.

The kitchen is stocked with cookware, a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and electric kettle, making it simple to prepare meals. For eating out, the surrounding streets offer a wide range of dining within a 3-5 minute walk: Italian, sushi, burgers, and fried chicken are all nearby. Bella Napoli 2 is a recommended pizzeria right around the corner. Breakfast can also be self-prepared in the apartment rather than relying on hotel breakfast options.

The apartment does not have a pool, gym, or spa. However, the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica are within a 5-12 minute walk, and an ice-skating rink is in the surroundings. The central location means most major sights-including Piazza del Popolo (2 km)-are easily reached on foot or via the metro.

Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the apartment. The reception team speaks English and Italian and offers private check-in and express check-out. A paid shuttle service (including airport pick-up/drop-off) can be arranged. The apartment features key access and smoke alarms for security. There is no on-site parking. Luggage storage is available for guests arriving before check-in or departing after check-out. The property is non-smoking and provides heating throughout.
