Units vary: the Patio apartment (ground floor) has one double bed and an interior patio with seating; the Palco apartment (second floor) features three balconies with city views, one double bed and a sofa bed (sleeps 4); the Platea apartment (first floor, renovated) has a queen-size bed and a sofa bed (sleeps 2 adults + 2 children). All apartments include soundproofed windows (double-glazed on street-facing sides), a washing machine, dishwasher, tea and coffee maker, flat-screen TV, and a work desk. Interiors blend original tiles, shutters, and vintage furniture with modern bathrooms, creating a bright and homely feel. Street-facing rooms are very quiet thanks to the soundproofing, and the kitchen is fully stocked for self-catering. No lift - ground-floor option available.

Each apartment has a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, and a dining area, ideal for preparing meals. A supermarket is steps away for groceries. The immediate surroundings (within 0.5 km) offer a wide selection of dining options including El Tapeo de Cervantes, La Salita, Oliva Tapas, Restaurante Alexso, Noviembre, Uri Sushi, Pizzeria Luis, and Perroloco FoodxBar, covering tapas, seafood, Italian, and international cuisine. The property itself does not have an on-site restaurant or breakfast service.
