The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from both Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, which provide access to metro lines 4, 5, 7, RER B and D, Thalys, and Eurostar. The RER B connects to Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports in about 45 minutes. The Canal Saint-Martin is 400 metres away, and Montmartre is 1 km from the hotel. Several metro stations (Château-Landon, Louis Blanc, La Chapelle) are within 3-5 minutes on foot. The area around the stations is busy and lively; at night, the immediate vicinity can feel less secure, so extra caution is advised. Many restaurants and bars are within a short walk.

The rooms vary in size; standard rooms are described as compact, with limited space for opening suitcases. Superior rooms are noticeably more spacious and are recommended when a little extra room is needed. All rooms include a private bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and free toiletries. The bathroom is compact; the shower cubicle is small but functional. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a kettle, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a safe, and carpeted flooring. Twin beds can be set up on request (not available in single rooms). Triple rooms are available. There are no fridges or minibars in the rooms; the shared fridge is at the reception. Road-facing rooms can experience noise from trains and the street; rooms on the courtyard side are quieter. Earplugs are provided at the reception. The hotel has a lift and internal stairs.
