The hotel sits on Boulevard Saint-Germain, putting you at the centre of Parisian life. The Louvre is 800 m away (10 min walk), Notre Dame 900 m, and Orsay, Panthéon, and Luxembourg Gardens are all walkable. Odéon Metro (lines 4 and 10) is steps away, and the RER station is 400 m for direct airport access. The neighbourhood is packed with brasseries, bakeries, and shops, including a Carrefour supermarket next door. Using the metro or walking is most convenient; parking is not available on-site.

Rooms are typical for a historic Parisian building - cosy and efficient rather than spacious (e.g., twin rooms are about 13 m2). All have a flat-screen satellite TV, a tea/coffee maker, a safe, and a hairdryer. Classic doubles have a 140 cm bed; Superior Double and Junior Suites offer 160 or 180 cm beds. Standard rooms face the street (no courtyard options). Road-facing rooms can be noisy, but double glazing helps. Only a few Superior rooms are renovated. Deluxe rooms (e.g., "La Saint-Germain") are the largest, have a mini fridge, and are wheelchair-accessible. A travel cot is available on request free of charge.

The breakfast (13 EUR per person) includes bread, pastries, cereal, fruit, coffee, tea, and juice. It's a solid, no-fuss start to the day, though it lacks hot dishes or extensive savoury options. For a wider choice or a more varied meal, the surrounding streets are lined with excellent cafés and brasseries - many open early for coffee and croissants. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but a coffee house on site and in-room breakfast are available. There's also a welcome drink upon arrival, and wine/champagne is offered for an additional charge.
