A free trolley stop is located at the building entrance, providing easy access to the far ends of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge without needing a car. The nearest entrance to the national park is less than 2 km away, and the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail is also close by. Numerous restaurants, including Bearland Grill & General Store (0.5 km), Subway (0.5 km), and Cherokee Grill (1 km), are within a short walk. The uphill walk back from the main drag may be a consideration for those with limited mobility.

The property is divided into three sections: Gatlinburg Town Square (GTS), Gatlinburg Town Village (GTV), and Gatlinburg Town Village Hotel (GTVH). GTS units are the most spacious and amenity-rich, with full kitchens, in-unit washers and dryers, and private balconies. One-bedroom condos sleep four with a king bed and sleeper sofa; two-bedroom units sleep six with a king bed, two full beds, and two bathrooms. Studio apartments offer a queen bed and sleeper sofa with a kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker). Premium rooms in GTS include balconies, while deluxe rooms do not. Fireplaces and jetted spa tubs are available in select units; request needs at booking. Road-facing rooms can experience more noise from traffic and garbage trucks. Some units feel dated and may require maintenance, but furnishings have seen recent updates.

There is no restaurant or breakfast service available at the property. For dining, guests have several options within a short walk, including Bearland Grill & General Store, Subway, Crockett's Breakfast Camp, The Park Grill, Smoky Mountain Brewery, and Cherokee Grill, all within 2 km. Units with full kitchens are equipped with stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, and basic cookware and tableware, making meal preparation convenient. Kitchenettes in standard hotel rooms and studios include a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Vending machines for snacks and drinks are located on-site.

The indoor pool is heated and open all year, while the outdoor pool operates seasonally. Both pools and the hot tub are free to use, but availability can vary, and the outdoor pool water is not heated. A fitness centre is on-site and free for guests. Children's playground, basketball courts, and a large board game set provide additional family-friendly leisure. Fire pits and rocking chairs on the ground level offer outdoor relaxation.
