COUNTRY CASCADES WATERPARK RESORT, Pigeon Forge

Country Cascades is situated in central Pigeon Forge, offering easy access to the area's main attractions. The Island in Pigeon Forge is a 10-minute walk away, featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment. Dollywood's main entrance is less than 5 minutes by car, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is about a 20-minute drive. The Pigeon Forge Trolley has a stop within walking distance, providing an alternative to driving. Free private parking is available on site, but limited to one vehicle per room. No airport shuttle service is offered.

The resort offers rooms in the Country Tower, Summit Tower, and the newer River Tower. Country Tower rooms feature standard amenities with refrigerators and flat-screen TVs, but no balconies. Summit Tower rooms include private balconies or patios with mountain or pool views. The River Tower, opened in 2025, offers modern rustic decor with Cabin Suites (two sets of twin bunk beds plus a king bed) and Treehouse Suites (one set of twin bunk beds and a king bed). All River Tower rooms include an in-room scavenger hunt for children. Penthouse suites are split-level with two king beds and a sleeper sofa, but only one bathroom. Accessible rooms with roll-in showers or accessible bathtubs are available. Rooms do not include coffee makers or microwaves; microwaves are located in hallway vending areas. Housekeeping provides daily towel exchange and trash removal; full cleaning is available for an additional fee.

Granny Cluckett's serves an all-you-can-eat breakfast from 7am to 10am, featuring bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, breakfast potatoes, and character waffles. The price is $14.99 for adults, $9.99 for children 13 and under, and one child 13 or younger eats free with each paying adult. Pre-purchased breakfast passes are available online for $10 per adult. Nonnaroni's Pizza offers 16-inch pizzas with various toppings, salads, and desserts for lunch, dinner, and late-night, with mobile ordering. ReFuel coffee shop provides specialty coffee, tea, pastries, and grab-and-go items. The Snack Shack at the outdoor pool serves burgers, chicken tenders, fries, popcorn, nachos, and ice cream. Candi's Candy Kitchen sells fresh fudge and candy. All dining is cashless; credit/debit cards only.

The outdoor Cascades Waterpark (80000 gallons) operates seasonally from mid-March to mid-October, with slides, a zero-entry pool, splash pad, and private cabanas. The indoor Shipwreck Bay Waterpark, which opened in 2025, features four slides, a zero-entry splash pad, and interactive elements, open year-round. Indoor waterpark slides operate from 2pm to 10pm; outdoor waterpark hours are 9am to 11pm. A heated indoor pool and hot tub are open 8:30am to midnight. The fitness center is a Cardio Studio located in the River Tower. Additional activities include Beary Bear's Galactic Bowl (six lanes of duckpin bowling), a large arcade with VR arena and laser maze, Rowdy Rabbit's Rock Climb (three levels), and a gem mining experience. The Friendship Forest Activity Center offers crafts, story time, and character meet & greets. Daily kids' events include dance parties, bingo, and pool parties. Life jackets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The waterpark is included in the room rate; wristbands are required for access.

The resort offers free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Free private parking is available on site, but limited to one vehicle per room; no RVs or trailers are permitted. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located on the 2nd floor of the Country Tower and the 3rd floor of the Summit Tower. Accessible parking is available. Safety deposit boxes are available for an additional charge. A minimarket on site sells snacks and essentials. The property is cashless; only credit and debit cards are accepted. No ATM is available. The resort does not have a spa or business center. Elevators serve all floors. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am.
