Country Cascades Waterpark Resort has 314 rooms and suites in three buildings. The River Tower provides treehouse and cabin-themed rooms with bunk beds and scavenger hunts. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV, seating area, work desk, mini-fridge, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer. Themed Cabin Suites in the River Tower include balconies, cabin-themed spaces, two sets of twin bunk beds, and a king-sized bed. Treehouse suites feature a treehouse-themed area with one set of twin bunk beds and a king-sized bed. All River Tower rooms have in-room scavenger hunts with clues to unlock a treasure chest.

Country Cascades Waterpark Resort offers several dining options. Granny Cluckets serves family-style breakfast with skillet options, character waffles, eggs, and bacon; a plant-based skillet is available. Nonnaroni's offers pizza with toppings and salads, with a gluten-free cauliflower crust option. The Snack Shack provides burgers, tenders, fries, popcorn, nachos, slushies, and ice cream. Refuel offers specialty coffees, teas, snacks, and breakfast sandwiches.

Country Cascades Waterpark Resort includes the Cascades Waterpark, open spring to fall, with a four-story water plunge and raft rides. Braxton Beaver's Shipwreck Bay, an indoor waterpark, features a zero-entry splash pad, four slides, Fracilla Fox's Lasso Looper, Swirl & Twirl, and Bayside Lagoon. The Friendship Forest Activity Center provides crafts, games, and dance parties. Beary Bear's Galactic Galaxy offers an arcade, VR arena, and Space Racer Escape Game. Rowdy Rabbit's Rock Climb features three levels of climbing. Other activities include String Art, Sand Art, and Scribble Scrubbie Pets. There is also a Cardio Studio available in the River Tower.

Country Cascades Waterpark Resort is 65 km from McGhee Tyson Airport. Dollywood's main entrance is less than 5 minutes away. The Island in Pigeon Forge is 0.5 km away. Nearby landmarks include Holy Cross Catholic Church (1 km), Main Event Theater (0.3 km), Jurassic Jungle Boat Ride (0.3 km), and Paula Deen's Lumberjack Feud (1 km). A Pigeon Forge Trolley stop is within walking distance. On-site parking is limited to one vehicle per room; RVs and trailers are not allowed.
