The hotel sits at the corner of East Bay and Abercorn Streets, directly across from the Cotton Exchange and the steps down to the most vibrant part of River Street. Within a 5-minute walk you can reach 22 historic squares, City Market, the Olde Pink House, Leopold's Ice Cream, and dozens of dining options (Huey's On The River, Vic's On the River, Boar's Head Grill & Tavern, and many more are within 0.5 km). Bonaventure Cemetery is a short drive away. A hop-on hop-off trolley stop is across the street, and all major attractions are walkable. The area feels safe day and night. For airport access, take an Uber or taxi - there is no hotel shuttle.

Room types include double rooms with 1 king or 2 queen beds. Some rooms feature a private balcony - these provide river views but contain no furniture on the balcony. River-view rooms (booked specifically) and high-floor rooms are worth requesting for quieter sleep, as lower city-side rooms experience heavy street noise from traffic starting around 6:30am. Rooms are carpeted; some carpeting may appear worn or dated. Beds are generally comfortable. Bathrooms offer a walk-in glass shower or a tub; toiletries are provided. In-room amenities include a work desk, safe, ironing facilities, and heating. Balcony rooms have a seating area; all rooms have large windows. Noise insulation between rooms and from the street is limited, so light sleepers should request a high floor or river-facing room.
