THE INN AT APPLE VALLEY, AN ASCEND COLLECTION HOTEL, Sevierville

Room options include double queens, king rooms, and superior queen rooms, with some rooms offering a sleeper sofa for extra guests. All rooms are air-conditioned and include a flat-screen TV with cable channels, ironing facilities, and a private bathroom. Select rooms have a balcony or patio overlooking the pool, orchard, or river, while others feature an in-room jacuzzi or fireplace. The bathrooms in upgraded queen rooms are fitted with walk-in showers. A key difference between standard and superior queen rooms is the sofa bed. The property is an older facility that has been well maintained and remodeled. Rooms are consistently reported as clean, spacious, and quiet, though the standard shower stalls in non-accessible rooms are narrow. Road-facing rooms can experience noise; rooms facing the orchard or river are quieter.

Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage or bacon (rotates daily), waffles, cereal, pastries, yogurt, and fresh fruit, along with milk, juice, and coffee. All breakfast items are provided to-go by staff at the 2nd-floor breakfast room. Breakfast doors lock promptly at 9:30 AM. There is no on-site restaurant, bar, or room service.
