Glencourt Apartments is positioned in a safe, peaceful neighbourhood just outside the city centre, close to Phoenix Park. The property sits on a main road with two bus stops virtually outside the door, giving direct routes to the city centre in about 10-15 minutes; the Luas light-rail stop is also within easy walking distance. Dublin Zoo is a 13-minute walk away, while the National Museum of Ireland - Decorative Arts is under 20 minutes on foot. Croke Park is 3 km away, and central Dublin can be reached in a 15-minute bus ride or a 35-minute walk. For longer stays, Lidl and Tesco supermarkets are a few minutes' walk, and the Stoneybatter neighbourhood offers a range of pubs, takeaways and restaurants just around the corner. The area is well served by taxis and the paid airport shuttle can be pre-arranged for direct transfers.

Each apartment is individually named and occupies one unit in a Victorian townhouse. All apartments include a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a private entrance, and a kitchen equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and all cookware. A washing machine, dining area, wardrobe, seating area and a flat-screen TV with cable channels are standard. Units range from studios to one-bedroom apartments that can sleep up to six people (one bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living area). Most apartments are accessed via stairs, with some interior steps inside the unit. Bed configurations are fixed - twin beds cannot be made up from doubles. The apartments are heated, with fans provided on request in summer. The street-facing rooms can be quieter at the back, and some apartments have higher ceilings and big windows that make the space feel brighter. The property is older and basic; many units have a cosy, traditional feel rather than modern finishes.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments and works reliably in the main living space. A washing machine and dryer are provided on-site for guest use at no extra charge - a practical plus for longer stays or those who prefer to pack light.
