Numerous tapas bars, restaurants, the central market, and the port are all within a few minutes' walk, making the location ideal for a car-free stay. Malaga Airport is 9 km away and easily reached by taxi or the paid property shuttle. The quiet side street reduces street noise compared to the main shopping avenue.

The apartment is a single open space combining the sleeping area, living area, and kitchenette - there is no separate bedroom with a door. The main double bed is comfortable for two. The sofa bed in the living area can sleep a third guest but is less supportive for extended stays. The kitchenette includes a two-burner hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, and basic cookware. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Air conditioning and heating ensure year-round comfort. The flat-screen TV offers streaming services and satellite channels. A safety deposit box is provided. Some units face the street and may experience noise from nearby bars and passers-by; top-floor apartments are quieter and have direct access to the rooftop sun terrace. The building has a lift (compact, suitable for 1-2 people). No rooms have a private balcony.

The apartment does not operate a restaurant or serve breakfast. Guests with a kitchenette can prepare their own meals using the supplied cookware and appliances - a practical option for quick breakfasts or light dinners. The immediate neighbourhood is packed with restaurants and tapas bars: more than seven eateries (Casa Aranda, Tandoori Mex, Lo Gueno Meson, and others) are within a 3-minute walk, serving Spanish, international, and casual cuisine. The central market is also a short walk away for fresh produce. For those who prefer to dine out rather than cook, the location offers a wide range of choices without needing to plan ahead.

The main recreation space is an exclusive rooftop sun terrace with city views - a pleasant spot for a morning coffee or an evening drink. There is no swimming pool, spa, or gym on site.
