Piazza Navona (3 km), Trevi Fountain (3 km), and the Colosseum (6 km) are easily reachable by metro or a pleasant walk. For airport transfers, take the Leonardo Express from Fiumicino to Termini then line A metro; alternatively, the property arranges private shuttles. Several supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants - including a popular pizzeria directly downstairs - are within a 2-minute walk.

The property offers three individually decorated rooms (Pink, Yellow, Green) in a B&B style, plus self-contained apartments sleeping up to 6 guests. Each unit has a private bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Apartments include a fully equipped kitchenette (stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator) for self-catering.
