The Strip is about a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride (Route 202 stops right outside). A taxi stand is always available. Nearby you'll find Walgreens, Denny's, Chick-fil-A, and Del Taco across the street. The Raiders' stadium (Allegiant Stadium) is about a 7-minute drive, and you can see it from some rooms. Airport access is straightforward by car or bus, and free parking makes it easy to come and go.

Rooms feature free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, USB charging ports, a refrigerator, and good lighting. Many rooms have been recently updated with modern decor and furnishings. The bathrooms are large with good water pressure, and the closets are adequate but may be tight for two people on a longer stay. Some rooms face construction areas and may experience early-morning noise from 6 AM; road-facing rooms are quieter. Room cleaning is performed daily and is well regarded. There is no coffee maker, no microwave, and no balcony in any room.

Dining options on-site include TGI Fridays (not recommended), Ping Pang Pong for authentic Chinese cuisine, and Noodle Exchange for good fried rice. The bowling snack bar serves surprisingly high-quality food from a small kitchen. A Subway is also in the hotel, with clean and efficient service. A coffee cart near the front desk offers hot drinks, though tips are expected. Breakfast is not automatically included but can be purchased depending on the room rate; the hotel also offers breakfast in the room via room service. Vending machines for drinks and snacks are available.

The outdoor swimming pool is open all year. It is heated and generally quiet, but note that it closes early (around 7 PM) and has no shade, and drinks are not served at the pool. The fitness centre is well-maintained with modern equipment. For leisure, the hotel has a 70-lane bowling center, a game room, and a casino. The bowling alley offers a special every Tuesday: two games for $5 including shoes (subject to holidays and tournaments). The casino is spacious with a large selection of slot machines, table games, and video poker. Smoking is permitted throughout the casino, making the gaming floor smoky at times.
