GOLDEN LOFT BERLIN, Berlin

The apartment is in a central but somewhat outlying area, approximately 2 km from the nearest tram hub. Alexanderplatz station is 6 km away, and Berlin Brandenburg Airport is 30 km. A bus stop is directly outside, providing a 30-40 minute ride to the city centre. The Memorial of the Berlin Wall and Berlin TV Tower are nearby attractions, while the East Side Gallery is 9 km away and Pergamon Museum is 8 km. Although the location is quiet, the industrial building and dark surrounding area may feel uncomfortable at night.

The property offers a compact apartment, described as cosy but very worn. The sleeping arrangements consist of a double bed in the main bedroom and a high-ceiling loft bed in the other room, plus a sofa bed in the living area (3 beds total). However, the loft bed is accessed by a narrow staircase, feels very hot and stuffy, and the mattresses are reported as sagging. The private bathroom has a shower that floods the floor. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, and tea/coffee maker but the oven and some cookware have been unusable. The apartment also includes a washing machine, flat-screen TV with streaming services, and city views. The interior is described as dated, very dusty, and not thoroughly cleaned, with items like dirty dishes and personal belongings from previous occupants sometimes found.

The kitchen contains a stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware, oven, electric kettle, and tea/coffee maker, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. However, some kitchen items have been reported as damaged or dirty. There is no on-site restaurant, bar, or breakfast option. The immediate area has limited dining options, so shopping for groceries in advance or using nearby transport to reach the city centre for a wider choice is recommended.
