GOOD TIME APARTMENT, Rome

Located on Piazza Scipione Ammirato, the apartment is an 8-minute walk from Ponte Lungo Metro Station (Furio Camillo also within easy reach), placing the Colosseum and Palatine Hill about 15-20 minutes away by metro. Rome Ciampino Airport is 10 km away. The neighbourhood is a calm residential area with no tourist crowds, offering several supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Free public parking is available off-site nearby at no cost, making this a practical base even for those arriving by car.

The apartment sleeps two adults in one bedroom with a double bed. The private bathroom includes a shower, bidet and free toiletries; bathrobes are also provided. The living area consists of a kitchen with two chairs and a table rather than a separate lounge, so it is compact but well-suited for travellers who plan to spend most of their time out. The flat-screen TV with streaming services is located in the bedroom. Air conditioning keeps the space comfortable in warmer months, and the building is non-smoking throughout. The apartment is described as quiet, clean and bright, with a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard.

Guests can prepare meals in the kitchen which includes a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, cookware and a dining area. Nearby dining options discovered within 300-500 m include Mithos Taverna dell'Allegria, La Zingarella, Ristorante La Zingarella, Lattepiu, In Due Al Tre, Pinsa & Delicious and Caffetteria Mariani. This gives practical choices for eating out without travelling far. The host can provide coffee capsules, tea, sugar, oil and basic kitchen staples on arrival.
