Vaporetto stops are also nearby for trips to Murano, Burano, and other islands. Santa Lucia Train Station is about a 10-15 minute walk. Despite the central access, the area is quiet, with a private garden courtyard and canal views from some apartments. Parking is not available anywhere on site.

Each apartment features a separate bedroom, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, and a kitchenette equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and basic supplies such as salt, pepper, and oil. Parquet flooring, a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee maker, and a dining area are standard. Some units offer garden or inner courtyard views, while others have sea or lagoon vistas or a terrace. The property is on the 5th floor, accessible by lift. Apartments are spacious, clean, and well furnished, with ample storage and comfortable beds. Road-facing rooms are not an issue as the location is very quiet, conducive to a good night's sleep. The sofa bed is also noted for its comfort. A washing machine, iron, and clothes airer are available for guest use.

The kitchenette includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator, allowing guests to prepare full meals. Basic cooking staples are often provided. Several well-regarded restaurants and bars are within 0.3-0.5 km, including Trattoria Misericordia, Ristorante Diana, and Il Paradiso Perduto.
