SKY PARK HOTEL, Dubai

Located in the heart of Deira, Sky Park Hotel is 5 km from Dubai International Airport and within 5 minutes on foot from Baniyas Square metro station, providing direct rail access across the city. The Grand Mosque is 6 km away, Dubai World Trade Centre 8 km, and Dubai Mall 13 km. The surrounding area is a bustling commercial and local district with a high density of shops, eateries, and market stalls. The immediate vicinity is very crowded and can be noisy, especially at night. Guests arriving by car face significant parking difficulty as the hotel has no dedicated parking and on-street parking is limited and often distant.

The hotel offers triple, twin, double, family rooms, and a suite. All accommodations feature air conditioning, soundproof walls, a private bathroom with a bath, shower, and bidet, a flat-screen TV, wardrobe, and electric kettle. Room sizes can feel compact, and some rooms have a quiet street view. The property is older, and some rooms show wear; the furniture and doors feel dated. Windows are a weak point for sound insulation - rooms facing the main road can be very noisy, especially at night. Room condition can vary significantly; some rooms have been reported as clean and functional while others have issues with cleanliness, odour, or pests.

The hotel does not have a restaurant, cafe, or breakfast service. There is no in-room dining, and guests must plan their meals externally. The surrounding Deira neighbourhood is dense with affordable Indian, Pakistani, and Nigerian restaurants within a 5-minute walk - including The Gourmet Shop (0.5 km), Pak Liyari Restaurant, and Creek View Restaurant. The hotel also houses a Nigerian restaurant on site. For breakfast, guests should rely on nearby cafés or shops.

The hotel provides a 24-hour front desk, concierge, currency exchange, and express check-in/out. Luggage storage and lockers are available free of charge. Free Wi-Fi operates throughout the property. Daily housekeeping is included; ironing and laundry services are available for an additional charge. There is a minimarket on site and a hairdresser/beautician. The property has a lift, soundproofed common areas, and CCTV in both indoor and outdoor spaces. Parking is not available, and no laundry facility exists on the premises.
