Möckernbrücke Underground Station is just 200 metres away, offering direct access to U1, U3 and U7 lines - linking to landmarks such as Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz and the East Side Gallery. For airport transfers, take the U7 to Neukölln and switch to the S45; the journey to BER takes around 50 minutes. Berlin Central Station is 15-20 minutes away via bus M41 from nearby Stresemannstraße. The hostel is in the colourful Kreuzberg district, within a 5-minute walk of the Jewish Museum and the German Museum of Technology, and a 10-minute stroll to the Landwehr Canal. A REWE supermarket is directly across the street. Parking is on-street only and can be difficult to find - public transport is by far the best option.

Accommodation includes private rooms - some with en-suite bathrooms and bathtubs - and shared dormitories with single or bunk beds. All rooms feature elegant wooden furnishings, free Wi-Fi, and heating. A six-bed mixed dorm is available, and women-only beds can be booked in six-bed dorms subject to availability. Dormitories are equipped with lockers; bring your own padlock or purchase one at reception for €3.50. Rooms facing the street can experience train noise, making backyard-facing rooms the quieter choice for light sleepers. Each bed in a dorm comes with a reading light and charging port. A private apartment with a living room, bedroom, separate bathroom, coffee machine and dining area is also available. No air conditioning is present - ground-floor rooms or opening windows help during summer. Late arrival or early departure calls for use of the free luggage storage.

Open daily from 8:00 to 11:00, the Grand Bistro offers a varied all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet with fresh bread, pastries, vegan options, milk alternatives, fruits and spreads. The cost is €9.90 when booked in advance, or €10.90 on the morning of the stay. The cosy Library Bar is open throughout the day and evening, serving drinks including beer, wine, coffee and tea, plus a snack bar and wine/champagne. Happy hour runs from 6:00 to 8:00, with pints of beer available at €3.50. Cutlery, plates, a microwave and free hot water are available at the bar for preparing simple meals. The surrounding Kreuzberg area has numerous cafés and restaurants within a short walk.

The hostel does not have a pool, spa, sauna, or gym. Socialising and downtime centre on the cosy Library Bar and the shared lounge/TV area, which also has a bar and vending machines. The building features a terrace and outdoor furniture. Although bicycles are not available to rent on site, a bike shop near Hallesches Tor can arrange rentals. The Kreuzberg neighbourhood is ideal for walking and exploring, with the Landwehr Canal, parks and markets all within easy reach.

Wi-Fi is free and reliable throughout the property. The 24-hour reception provides express check-in/out, private check-in/out, tour desk and safety deposit box. A free luggage storage room is available for arrivals before check-in or departures after check-out; shower facilities can also be used after checking out upon request. Laundry service is available for an extra charge. A vending machine for drinks and snacks, a small shop with basic toiletries, and a bar serve daily needs. The entire property is non-smoking, with designated smoking areas outside. Key card access, fire extinguishers, smoke alarms and security alarms are in place.
