On-street parking is limited; the hotel offers paid on-site parking by reservation only with a 1.80 m height restriction. For airport access, use the S-Bahn from Oranienburger Straße. Walking to most central attractions is feasible, making this a convenient base for exploring Berlin without a car.

Room types range from private double/twin and quadruple/family rooms to dormitories. Some superior rooms offer extra space, a sofa, and air conditioning - standard rooms do not have air conditioning. Rooms on the upper floors are accessible by lift.
