The central location eliminates the need for a car for sightseeing, as major attractions like the Royal Mile, Victoria Street, and the city's main bus stops are all on the doorstep. The area is busy with nightlife and dining options, but soundproof rooms help mitigate street noise.

The studio is on the ground floor with just a couple of steps at the main entrance, making it accessible for those with mild mobility concerns.
