GRUND SUITES GALLERY BY FRESHAPARTMENTS, Malaga

This property enjoys an outstanding central position on a lively pedestrian street lined with cafés and restaurants. Malaga Cathedral is a 5-minute walk, the Picasso Museum is 9 minutes away, and Calle Larios-the main shopping street-is just across the road. The port and the promenade are within a 5- to 10-minute walk. Centro train station (Cercanías to the airport) is an 8-minute walk, and the airport bus stop is around 100 metres from the building. Most major sights, shops, and dining can be reached on foot, making a car unnecessary for exploring the city.

The apartments are well-fitted and come in studio and one-bedroom layouts. Each includes a kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and essential cookware. All units have a private bathroom (some apartments have two bathrooms), air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and free WiFi. Some apartments feature a private terrace or balcony with outdoor furniture. Windows are soundproofed, and inner-facing bedrooms are notably quiet even though the street below has bars and restaurants. Bed sizes are standard double (approximately 1.40 m). The modern, clean design and comfortable beds make the apartments well suited for couples and solo travellers.

The building is located on a pedestrian street with numerous dining options within a 1- to 2-minute walk, including La Bella Julieta, Restaurante Cayetana, and Taberna La Antigua. The kitchenette in each apartment provides a stovetop, microwave, and fridge, making it easy to prepare breakfast or simple meals. Coffee pods and basic condiments are provided as a welcome touch. For those who prefer eating out, a wide variety of cafés and restaurants are immediately below and around the corner. The apartment itself does not offer a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service.

Wellness and leisure facilities are not available within the building. However, the location provides easy access to outdoor activities: La Malagueta Beach is about a 17-minute walk, and the nearby port offers a pleasant promenade for walking or jogging. For guests who want beach gear, some apartments include beach towels and a sun umbrella. The city's main parks and cultural attractions are all within walking distance, making the apartment a practical base for an active city break.

The property provides free WiFi throughout, a lift, and 24-hour security. Express check-in and check-out are standard, and keys are accessed via a key box for late arrivals. Luggage storage is available in the office (located in the same building) for early check-in or late check-out. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available on the ground floor for guest use. Some apartments are wheelchair accessible, and the lift assists with mobility needs. Private parking is available nearby (€20 per day, reservation required), and paid on-street parking is also nearby (€22-25 per day). Staff are reachable by phone 24 hours, though there is no 24-hour front desk.
