Barrio Santa Cruz is 12 minutes away on foot. The area is packed with tapas bars, cafés, and grocery stores, including a Carrefour Express 5 minutes away. Plaza de España is a 20-25 minute walk, and Seville Airport is 10 km. For longer trips, the tram stop nearby makes car-free city access easy. The location is well suited for sightseeing, evening dining, and attending events at Plaza de España without needing a car.

The apartments are contemporary and well-appointed, with a comfortable living area, separate bedroom(s), and a modern bathroom with a shower. A notable characteristic is that many apartments are internal-facing, with windows opening onto an atrium rather than the street. Apartments on the ground floor in particular can feel dark and poorly ventilated, with some bedrooms having no external window at all. Road-facing apartments on upper floors receive more natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso Inissia coffee machine, and cooking utensils.
