The cathedral and Alcázar are a 5-10 minute walk, the bullring and Torre de Oro less than 1 km away. The airport bus stop (Prado de San Sebastián) is a 10-minute walk, the metro station 10 minutes, and Santa Justa train station 20 minutes on foot. The narrow streets can be confusing, so downloading an offline map is recommended. Numerous bars, restaurants, and tapas bars are immediately around the hotel.

Rooms are basic but clean, with private bathrooms (some with bath and shower, some only shower). No balcony, no mini-fridge, no in-room hairdryer (available at reception). A lift serves upper floors. Room sizes and light vary significantly: some rooms are small and dark with windows that open onto the interior courtyard, offering little natural light and privacy. Ground-floor rooms can be particularly dim and may have damp/mould issues. Noise insulation is limited, especially near the lift. For a better experience, request a room on an upper floor away from the lift and the interior courtyard. Heating and air conditioning are available but centrally controlled.

The hotel does not have a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. However, the surrounding streets are filled with tapas bars, cafés, and restaurants serving Spanish and international cuisine.
