The apartments sit in the new-town area near the casino end of the strip, offering a tranquil base that is still within a short walk of the seafront promenade, Playa Grande and dozens of dining and entertainment options. The property is 5 km from Lanzarote Airport (approximately a 10-minute drive) and a golf course is less than 3 km away. Free street parking is usually available around the complex, and a bus stop for the airport route is a 5-10 minute walk. The location is flat, with minimal hills, making it easy to walk to the beach, supermarket (Spar is around the corner) and main attractions.

Each apartment features a separate living room with a flat-screen TV (with streaming services and English channels), a dining table, and a comfortable sofa. The kitchen includes a full oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and all dishes and utensils; washing liquid and fabric softener are also provided for the in-unit washing machine. The complex is surrounded by well-kept gardens and all rooms have garden views.

The nearest beach, El Barranquillo / Playa Grande, is less than 300 metres away, and the property provides free sun loungers and beach umbrellas on the terrace. A wide range of activities is available nearby at additional cost, including golf (course within 3 km), mini golf, tennis, bike tours, diving, windsurfing, horse riding, and a water park. An indoor play area and board games are available on site for children.
