The complex sits on a gentle hill with 50-73 steps at the main entrance. The front steps lead directly to the strip, while a flat back entrance (no steps) provides alternative access from the rear street. Las Playas Avenue is about a 5-minute walk away, and the old town is a 25-minute stroll. The airport is a 10-minute taxi ride away (approximately €10-€15). Free street parking is available nearby, and public transport connects easily to Timanfaya National Park and northern beaches. A golf course is a 5-minute drive from the complex.

Each apartment has a separate bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed (sleeps up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children). The kitchen includes a hob, oven, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and kitchenware. Apartments on the top floor (first floor) have a balcony; ground-floor apartments have a terrace with sun loungers and are nearer the pool. No apartment has a sea view. Room features include a flat-screen TV with English channels (BBC, ITV, Channel 4, and RTE), free Wi-Fi, a fan, hairdryer, iron and board, and a safety deposit box. The bathroom has a large shower. There is no air conditioning - the apartment stays cool in winter but can be warm in summer despite the fan. Multiple sets of stairs are present in the complex; those with mobility needs should request a ground-floor apartment near the main entrance at the time of booking.

Each apartment is equipped with a full kitchen (hob, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster) for self-catering. A Spar supermarket is located right next to the complex entrance for fresh bread, groceries and essentials. Several bars, restaurants and cafés are within a 5-minute walk along the main strip, including a nearby option for a budget breakfast. The complex itself has no restaurant, bar or entertainment facilities, so all dining and evening drinks require a short walk to the surrounding area.

The main swimming pool and children's pool are open all year. Sunbeds are provided around the pool, and there are plenty available - no morning rush. The pool is not heated, so it is described as refreshing even in winter. There is also a solarium (free). No umbrellas are provided for the sunbeds. For additional leisure, billiards and darts are available on site for an extra charge. Golf, bowling, canoeing, diving, snorkelling, windsurfing, horse riding, tennis, and squash are available at nearby locations (mostly off-site and some with an extra charge).
