The hotel sits on a hill above the resort, offering a quiet setting 2 km from the main strip. The old town and beach are about 10-15 minutes on foot downhill; the return is a steep uphill walk. Taxis are very cheap (€4-€5) and reception will call one. Playa Blanca is 17 km away, Corralejo (Fuerteventura) is 29 km via ferry. Free private parking is available on site, making car hire a convenient option for island exploration.

Rooms are basic and simply furnished but spacious and clean. Each unit has two single beds (which can be pushed together with a topper), a wardrobe, desk, chair, armchair, private bathroom with shower, TV, safe, electric kettle, fridge, and a terrace or patio with garden furniture. Standard rooms face the garden; some units offer pool views. Adapted rooms for reduced mobility are available on the ground floor, including wheelchair-accessible bathrooms and grab rails. Beds are new Scandinavian-style - firm but comfortable. There are no rooms with a balcony. Connecting rooms are possible for families (request at booking).

Breakfast is a substantial buffet with fresh fruits, breads, cereals, hot choices (eggs cooked to order, sausages, bacon), and fresh juices. The restaurant Mocán serves a set dinner menu from 19:00 to 21:30 daily, offering Mediterranean cuisine and accommodating vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets on request. A poolside snack bar provides lighter meals and drinks during the day, with food cooked to order. Evening bar hours are variable; cocktails are available.

The wellness centre is a core feature: the LIFE CENTRE includes a well-equipped gym (free access), fitness studio, functional training area, and an indoor therapy pool heated to 34°C. The outdoor heated pool (28°C) is saltwater, clean, and surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. Daily group activities such as aqua gym, stretching, and walking tours are led by a coach. The spa offers massages, reflexology, and face/body treatments for an additional charge. The property also has a garden, sun terrace, billiards, darts, and a children's playground.

Free Wi-Fi is accessible in public areas. The 24-hour front desk can arrange currency exchange, private check-in/out, and taxis. Free luggage storage is available. A paid laundry service (€15 per bag) is offered - bags are left at reception. Safety deposit boxes are available for an additional charge.
