The apartment is on a main road with a tram line and heavy traffic, so rooms facing the street experience significant noise from trams and vehicles, especially until late. The rear-facing rooms are considerably quieter. Cadorna station provides metro and direct rail to Malpensa airport, making airport transfers easy without a car. Duomo, La Scala, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, and Sforzesco Castle are all within a 10- to 15-minute walk. Carrefour Express supermarket is just a few metres away.

The studios are tall, narrow spaces split over two levels: downstairs a kitchenette, dining area, sofa, and bathroom; upstairs a mezzanine with a mattress on a low platform. Headroom on the mezzanine is under 180 cm - standing is not possible, so tall guests will find it very cramped. The shower is very small (approximately 50x50 cm), making it usable only for smaller builds. Ventilation is limited; the air conditioner cools the lower area effectively but does not properly cool the mezzanine sleeping area. Windows are single-glazed, contributing to street noise. Kitchens are tiny but include a stovetop, fridge, and kettle. Some units have a balcony.

The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, stovetop, electric kettle, and basic utensils - enough for breakfast or assembling a light meal. For a fuller meal, the area around the apartment has a Carrefour Express and numerous dining options such as Antico Caffè Litta 25, Ristorante Osteria Al 29, and Baronchelli, as well as the famous Gelato Fatto Con Amore directly opposite. The property does not offer its own breakfast, restaurant or bar, so all meals need to be either self-catered or eaten out.
