VILLA MASSARI, Milan

The property is in a tranquil, villa-lined neighbourhood about 20-25 minutes on foot from Milan's centre. Marche metro station (purple line) is a 5-10 minute walk, connecting to the city's main rail hub and central attractions. Tram stops are within 5 minutes, and Milano Centrale railway station is roughly 10 minutes away on foot. The immediate vicinity is leafy and peaceful, with a supermarket, cafés, and several restaurants-including Caffe Ambrosiano Bistrot and Trattoria Casa Fontana-within a 5-10 minute walk. The Isola district, known for its restaurants and bars, is about 15 minutes away on foot.

Each unit is self-contained with one bedroom and one bathroom with a shower and bidet. The living area includes a sofa (which converts into an extra bed in some configurations), a flat-screen TV, and a dining table. The kitchen is fully fitted with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and cookware. Apartments have either a furnished or Juliet balcony-those wanting outdoor seating should confirm the balcony type directly. Some rooms have high ceilings and smart controls for blinds and lights. The property is older and soundproofing is limited; noise from neighbouring apartments and the staircase can be audible. Rooms may feel dark if windows face a courtyard wall. Cots are available on request.

For meals, guests can cook in the kitchen or walk to several dining options within 0.3-0.5 km. Caffe Ambrosiano Bistrot and Barstro are a 3-minute walk, while Trattoria Casa Fontana . 23 Risotti, Ciccio Pizza, and Ristorante Pizzeria Maruzzella are within 5-6 minutes on foot. The Isola area offers a wider restaurant and bar scene about 15 minutes away. Note that tea and coffee facilities are provided in the kitchen, and a common room offers complimentary hot drinks.

WiFi is available throughout the property at no extra charge, but the connection can be unstable or weak in some apartments. A shared lounge on the ground floor offers complimentary hot drinks and a TV. The basement contains washing and drying machines for guest use. A small gym and sauna are also in the basement. Security features include CCTV in common areas and outside the property. The check-in process is fully automated via an online form and a key box; guests must submit an ID and complete a pre-arrival procedure. Staff can be contacted by email or WhatsApp for assistance and are generally responsive.
