This property sits in the centre of Milan's Brera district, one of the city's most attractive and lively neighbourhoods. Sforzesco Castle is less than 1 km away, and La Scala, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, and Duomo Metro Station are all within 2 km - ideal for exploring by foot. The Moscova metro station and the Arena tram stop (3 minutes away) provide quick connections across the city. The area is pedestrian-friendly, with shops, restaurants, cafés and a supermarket on the same street. For drivers, note that the property is in a ZTL (restricted traffic zone) and has no parking; the nearest paid garages are at Via Giulianova 2 and Via San Marco 13.

A range of apartment configurations are available: one-bedroom with a sofa bed in the living room (sleeps up to 3), a larger one-bedroom sleeping up to 4, and a two-bedroom option sleeping up to 5. All units have a private entrance, a separate living room, a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware), a washing machine, ironing facilities, and soundproof walls. Bathrooms include a walk-in shower and bidet, with free toiletries provided. The interiors are stylish and well-maintained, with parquet floors and high-quality fixtures. For comfort, units feature air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, and tea and coffee making facilities. The smallest unit (loft studio) is compact but efficiently laid out, while larger apartments offer spacious living areas.

There is no on-site restaurant, bar, or breakfast service, but every apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, including a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, cookware, and tea/coffee making supplies. This makes self-catering straightforward, and guests have confirmed the kitchen is well-stocked for meal preparation. The immediate neighbourhood offers an exceptional variety of dining: within 300 metres you'll find Italian steakhouses, seafood restaurants, burger spots, a gelateria, and several traditional Milanese trattorias. For quick supplies, a minimarket is available on site, and a grocery store is directly on the street. Guests who prefer to eat out will have no shortage of cafés and restaurants within a short walk.

Internet access is free throughout the property. Luggage storage is available for an additional charge, which is useful for early arrivals or late departures. The building has a lift, making access easy for those with luggage. Babysitting or childcare services can be arranged on request for a fee. The property is secured with key access, 24-hour security, CCTV in common areas and outside, and smoke alarms. The reception staff are multilingual and communicate clearly with guests about check-in instructions. Housekeeping is not an automatic daily service, so plan accordingly for longer stays.
