Senso-ji Temple is within a 3-minute walk, and Edo Taito Traditional Crafts Centre and the Drum Museum are both 300 metres away. Tawaramachi Station (Ginza Line) is a 5-minute walk and Asakusa Station (TX line) is about a minute away. Shibuya is one metro ride (15 minutes) plus a 10-minute walk from the station. Several restaurants, convenience stores, and a 24-hour supermarket are within a few minutes' walk. Haneda Airport is 23 km away. The area is very walkable for sightseeing, making a car unnecessary.

The accommodation is a large dormitory of about 20 beds per floor with no private rooms. Each capsule bed has a curtain for privacy, a small fold-out shelf, individual reading light, and power sockets. The beds are comfortable enough for the price but some are narrow. Ventilation is limited: in warmer months the capsule can feel hot even when windows are open, and in cooler months heating is minimal. Noise can be an issue as the room is open-plan with capsule curtains, so late arrivals and early risers may be heard. Shared bathrooms consist of 2 showers and 2 toilets per floor (mixed gender, one women-only toilet). These can feel cramped with 20 people, and cleanliness depends on other users. The room includes a small shelf and security cables for suitcases, but no full-size lockers. Capsules are a practical budget choice for travellers who plan to be out most of the day and only need a place to sleep.

Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the property, and is generally reliable. A lift serves all floors, and a shared lounge with a TV is on the 5th floor. The rooftop terrace has drying lines and a smoking area. A coin-operated laundry is available (100 yen). Luggage storage is free before check-in and after checkout; security cables are provided, and locks can be rented (100 yen) during reception hours. The hostel can accept mailed luggage if it arrives between 11:00 and 20:00 and the fee is paid in advance. Staff speak English and Japanese, are friendly, and can help with restaurant recommendations and luggage scales. Check-in is invoiced directly.
